 As an owner’s representative, we operate as an extension of the owner's staff through design and construction phases.  

With a combination of experience in construction, design, and project management our team understands the value in being solution based, lessening the burden on the Client and building mutual trust between the project team.

We work consistently throughout the process from conception to completion meeting scheduled milestones and reliance of individual strengths in working together as a team in completing projects. 

Our goal is to assure clients vision is realized, executed and sustainable.  Services include planning, bidding, construction management, and construction administration.

 We provide professional QA/QC oversight, documentation, and reporting services to help clients maintain quality, compliance, and accountability throughout the project lifecycle. 

 Our team provides independent oversight of quality activities, ensuring that work is performed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, standards, and project requirements. 

We provide planning services acting as the project liaison for our clients during the transition and move management phase of the project.  Supporting with competent and reliable staff that speak the language - providing ease for our clients during each phase of the relocation of staff and FF&E.
